What We Do
Meliora works with logistics and supply chain businesses across the Southeast—as consultants, partners, or acquirers, depending on what the business needs.
Our team has run operations in transportation, warehousing, healthcare, hospitality, and consulting. We know what it takes to manage a 3PL during peak season, scale a fulfillment center, or turn around freight operations. We're operators with capital, not the other way around.
We've walked away from companies with strong financials but broken culture. If the operations can't be fixed, we don't care what the spreadsheet says.
We use Lean Six Sigma in practice: reduce waste, improve throughput, tighten margins. But we're flexible on how we engage. Need operational improvement? We consult. Need a capital partner who understands the business? We invest. Ready to exit but want the operation protected? We acquire and run it ourselves.
Mission
Acquire businesses and make them better. We embed discipline, trust, and adaptability into every operation—eliminating waste, standardizing excellence, building systems that create sustainable value.
Vision
To build the best-run logistics and supply chain companies in the Southeast—uniting diverse operational strengths under one disciplined methodology, where every business we touch becomes a benchmark competitors study and sellers call us first.
Values
Multiplex Potentia — Many powers, one mission.
Excellence Compounds
Continuous improvement is our operating system. Every system can be made better—we improve operations daily, not quarterly. Small, disciplined gains stack into permanent advantage.Operators First
We build tight-knit, trusted teams who've run the work, not managed the PowerPoint. Bold ideas from different backgrounds, one direction, zero politics. Loyalty isn't a value—it's how we operate.Built to Last
We don't flip companies or chase trends. We innovate with purpose: if it doesn't improve outcomes and reduce waste, we don't do it. We pivot with data and intention, never desperation. We build for decades.
Meliora is Latin for "better." That's what we deliver.
Our Team
Santoine Key
Santoine leads capital allocation, portfolio strategy, and all acquisition decisions. He sources targets across the Southeast, evaluates operational fundamentals, and determines which businesses merit investment based on cultural fit and potential for improvement. He structures partnerships, secures financing, and represents Meliora in every market we operate. His role is selectivity—ensuring our capital and team deploy only where we can create measurable, sustainable value. Every business in our portfolio cleared his threshold for operational potential and long-term viability.
Chief Executive OfficerAlphonso Youngblood
Alphonso makes it work. When we acquire a company, he's the one who embeds Lean Six Sigma into daily operations, standardizes processes, and fixes what's broken. He's run logistics networks, scaled fulfillment centers, and managed 3PLs during peak season—so he knows the difference between a good plan and one that survives reality. He doesn't write recommendations and leave; he stays until the improvements stick. If the throughput doesn't improve, the waste doesn't drop, and the margins don't tighten, he's not done.
Chief Operating OfficerChief Financial OfficerIke Ndukwe
Ike ensures our operations create financial value, not just revenue. With 15+ years designing S&OP and IBP frameworks for PE-backed manufacturers and global supply chains, he's delivered $70M+ in measurable gains through smarter planning and tighter operational integration. He's built forecasting models that improved accuracy by 25%, led implementations that cut inventory costs by 10-15%, and advised federal agencies on supply chain resilience. At Meliora, he bridges what operations can deliver and what the balance sheet demands—ensuring every portfolio company has the planning discipline to scale profitably.
